Her work goes beyond habit change—into identity, leadership, and the patterns that shape how you live, heal, and show up in the world.

Functional Medicine Health Coach
Ashley is your partner in building momentum and creating sustainable change.
As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Ashley has been further trained within our clinic and has worked alongside Dr. Tom Sult since 2022. Through this hands-on experience, she has developed a deep understanding of our approach and how to translate care plans into real, sustainable daily life.
She works closely with Dr. Sult and our medical team, helping bridge the gap between clinical insight and daily implementation—so you’re not just given a plan, but supported in actually living it.
Ashley brings a grounded, encouraging presence and focuses on practical, realistic steps that fit your life.
Ashley specializes in:
