Why I Believe In Nurse Coaching

Unleashing the Wisdom Within

When people hear the word “coaching,” they often think of health advice, goal-setting, or someone telling you how to live better. But nurse coaching, to me, is something far deeper… something sacred.

It’s not about giving advice. It’s about holding space.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about remembering the truth that’s already there.
It’s not about chasing wellness trends or the sifting through the latest noise. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Over the years as a nurse, as a wellness guide, and simply as a woman navigating her own winding path, I’ve seen again and again that real healing doesn’t begin with a prescription or supplement. It begins with presence. With being truly seen, truly heard, and gently invited to return to the wisdom your body and soul already carry.

Nurse coaching is where science meets soul. Yes, it’s grounded in clinical knowledge, but it’s also reverent of intuition, story, rhythm, emotion, and the seasons of life we don’t always have words for.

It’s the place where my nurse’s mind meets my healer’s heart.

And in that space, transformation happens.

I believe in nurse coaching because I’ve lived through burnout, disconnection, chronic symptoms, and the false belief that I had to “do more” to be enough. I not only lived through a catastrophic period of undoing and unbecoming, but I grew out of it and bloomed into someone I admire.

I believe in it because I’ve also lived through grace, forgiveness, and the slow, sacred journey of remembering who I really am.

That’s what my coaching offers; not a to-do list, but a mirror.

A gentle guide.
A spacious pause.
A return.

Whether you’re carrying stress that won’t lift, feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the noise of caregiving and responsibility, or just yearning to feel vibrant and whole again, this work is for you.

Not because I have the answers.
But because I’ll help you remember that
you do.

So, if you’ve been wondering what nurse coaching really is
It’s not about me changing your life.
It’s about you reclaiming it.

And I’d be honored to walk with you as you do.

With heart,
Elizabeth Sult, BSN, RN
