Breakfast Scramble
Love this breakfast choice!
Ingredients:
Rice OR Cauliflower Rice (in this picture, we were using rice leftovers from another meal)
Onion
Mixed veggies or your favorite veggies
Cosco's Organic No Salt Seasoning
2-3 eggs, scrambled
*Optional, avocado on top and sometimes fresh tomato.
You'll notice I don't have exact measurements - it really depends on how much you'd like to make! And this is what we make often to use up things in our fridge/freezer. Use this as inspiration to create your own scramble with your favorites.
This is our version of "fast food."
