My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

A little reminder that it's okay to enjoy a treat.

Healthy living isn't about never having cookies. It's about finding ways to make the foods you love fit your lifestyle a little better.

I made these chocolate chip cookies with Sunrise Flour Mill's Heritage Whole Wheat Flour, and they turned out so good! I love that it's freshly milled, retains the nutrient-rich bran and germ, avoids synthetic additives, and this blend is also gluten-sensitive friendly.

Small, intentional ingredient swaps like this can add up over time. You don't have to strive for perfection, you can simply choose better when it makes sense and still enjoy every bite.

Because wellness should leave room for cookies, too.

Enjoy!
