Freedom as Trust: Releasing Control

Continuing on July’s theme of freedom.

Spiritual: Freedom as Trust

Focus: Releasing control as an act of trust in yourself, in life, in something larger.

• What are you gripping that might be asking to be released?

• What does it feel like to trust that you can handle what comes next without over-managing it?

• Micro-practice: Sit quietly and repeat: “I release what I can’t control. I trust what is unfolding.” Notice where resistance or ease shows up.

• Reflection Question: What if personal freedom wasn’t something you fought for but something you softened into?

Thanks for watching!
