Let Love Be the Catalyst 💖

As a middle-aged woman, I’ve lived through many versions of myself often not loving, or even liking, who I was along the journey. There were times when the inner critic was louder than the truth, when I was chasing an image of who I thought I should be instead of honoring who I actually was. But through it all, I’ve taken steady steps toward grace. Toward forgiving my mistakes, releasing the shame, and learning to love who I am, exactly where I’m at. That shift toward acceptance, compassion, and self-love has changed everything.

I’ve done all the “right” things over the past decade- I have ate clean, stayed active, took the supplements, managed stress—and yet, my body began changing in ways I couldn’t explain, the scale crept up, my labs (especially cardiac markers) worsened, and signs of insulin resistance appeared.

And the most frustrating part? I hadn’t changed anything… in fact, I had improved my habits. Still, my body wasn’t responding, and I knew I wasn’t alone as these conversations come up all the time among girlfriends. While we reflected on our outward appearances, also concentrating on inner- self-love, acceptance-I still had the sinking feeling that my health was at risk and on a trajectory that left me concerned.

I started to ask myself:
“Why is this happening?”
“What am I missing?”
“I’m doing everything right, but it’s not working.”

“How can I use my challenges to connect with others and advocate for lifelong wellness?”

That’s what led me and my husband, Dr. Sult, to create something different. He brought the science, the research, and the technology—truly the mastermind behind the metabolic and detoxification systems. I brought the vision and the heart, shaped by my own struggles and the real, raw experiences of women like me.

Together, we created Precision Weight Management, a program that doesn’t just treat outward appearances or the number on the scale. It digs deeper addressing hidden toxins that disrupt our hormones, metabolism, and self-worth. Environmental, emotional, dietary, and internal toxins… we’re targeting them all.

Precision Weight Management is about understanding your body, healing from the inside out, and stepping into a version of yourself that feels aligned and alive. It’s about changing our future trajectory of health.

Small steps=lifelong changes.

💫 We don’t count calories—we remove toxins.
💫 We don’t chase perfection—we nurture balance.
💫 We don’t change to love ourselves—we love ourselves and transform naturally.

I truly believe that self-love is the starting point for all transformation.
When we love ourselves, we care for ourselves more deeply.
And when we do that, everything starts to change. We radiate.

This is more than a program. It’s a movement toward wholeness.
And I’m so honored to share it with you.
