Resilience Through Flexibility: Rethinking the Stories We Tell Ourselves

AUGUST THEME: RESILIENCE

Week 2: Mental + Emotional Cognitive Flexibility

Resilience isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about staying open especially when your thoughts want to shut everything down.

This week, we’re exploring how to soften mental rigidity and create space for new

perspectives to emerge.

Try this:

Notice a thought you keep circling, one that drains you or keeps you stuck.

Pause and ask: “What else might be true here?”

That one question can shift everything.

Journal Prompt:

What story do you keep returning to that no longer serves you?

Let us know in the comments or inside the Just Be Well Community:

What’s one belief or thought loop you’re ready to loosen this week?

Resilience doesn’t mean pushing through it means bending with grace.

Thanks for watching!
