Summer Meal Inspiration:

Grilled Chicken with Roasted Veggies

We love grilling in the summer. Not only does it keep the kitchen a little cleaner, but there’s just something about the flavor of grilled chicken that makes it extra satisfying.

This seasoning blend is one of our go-to favorites. It’s simple, flavorful, and adds just the right amount of seasoning without overpowering the dish. The best part? It pairs well with almost any vegetable, making it a great way to use whatever you have on hand.

We often serve this meal with a side of jasmine rice, a baked sweet potato, or, when we're lucky enough to have some, a slice of fresh sourdough bread from a local baker. Simple, nourishing, and full of summer flavor—just the way we like it.

Enjoy!
