Veggie & Rice Skillet
Ingredients:
I sautéd:
1 onion
2 cups cauliflower rice
Zucchini
Green beans
Sweet potato
Yellow squash
Garlic
Once this is ready, I add garbanzo beans for protein. I usually use avocado oil to start because it has a high smoking point. Then I added a little olive oil near the end. I love using our favorite Costco No Salt seasoning on this as well as some rosemary.
