Our video today highlights physical freedom and the importance of freeing up space, both in the body and in your daily rhythms.  We also discuss important vs. urgent.  What's important but not urgent that I should be doing? 


This week, think about something that lights you up - that helps you make room for the wonderful things.  It could be spending time with a friend or loved one, going for a walk, or decluttering a space in your house.  Pick one thing and make room.
