Why is this important? We live in a society that is constantly on the go, always busy, and always moving.  Even when we try to relax, we do things that really aren't relaxing.  Like playing video games, binge watching Netflix - those are distractions, not forms of relaxation. 


We want to help you understand what mindfulness is and show you how you can bring moments of presence into your day.
