2. Body’s Yes / No: Speak a choice aloud and notice your body’s response. Expansion often signals yes; contraction often signals no.

3. Purpose Breath Reset: Five slow breaths (inhale 4, hold 2, exhale 6). Ask: What matters most right now?

Purpose doesn’t arrive as a future mission. It is revealed through the signals of your body in the present. When you listen, your purpose begins to live itself through you — steady, grounded, and real.
