Afternoon Snack

This is a nutritious packed with flavor snack or side.  We've enjoyed these on their own for an afternoon snack or as a side when we're grilling! They come together quick which is an added bonus.

What you'll need:

Fresh tomato slices

Fresh basil

Avocado slices

Your favorite cheese (parmesan or smoked gouda are wonderful)

Directions:

Simply stack your cheese, avocado and basil on top of your sliced tomatoes.  Add your favorite sauce (balsamic is a great choice).  Customize these to your liking - there are many variations.  This just happens to be ours.

I'm getting hungry now!
